BIOBRIDGE FONDATION is a non-profit-making Foundation with its registered office at rue de l'Eglise 5, 1146 Mollens (VD), Switzerland, n° CH-550-1058864-5. Its objects are as follows:
(i) The training and education of caregivers in regenerative medicine and cellular therapies
(ii) The Foundation will establish a Contract Research Organization (CRO) to develop laboratory, preclinical and clinical researches and studies. The Foundation leads any study, choosing the investigators, ensuring monitoring and publication.
(iii) It can perform all activities related to its main subject, including protecting intellectual innovations from its research and for example, organizing international conferences.
ELIGIBILITY "Supporting Member" status of Biobridge Foundation is open to a person which is either a fundamental researcher, physician or committed to the promotion and the education of regenerative medicine and cellular therapies. A Member shall refrain from jeopardising the fulfilment of the Biobirdge Foundation objects.
ADMISSION Applications are circulated to the Foundation Council four times a year. The Foundation Council then has one month to object to any application and if it decides to do so, will reimburse the concerned candidate (form its annual membership fee payment). A full annual membership subscription is payable by an applicant for a year from the subscription day. Admission to membership takes effect on the day of receipt of the first year’s membership subscription.
